Sepeedeh Zabala
Speaker. Advocate. Mentor.
Folks call me “Sepee”. Just like my name, my story makes me different. It’s easy to hide and pretend with a story like mine. Yet I’m here to tell it.
I am living proof that someone with a mental health diagnosis, often grossly stigmatized and underestimated, can thrive in work and relationships and live the good life.
How powerful it can be when someone steps forward to say, “I’ve been there — and I made it through.” That moment can make all the difference for someone who’s still struggling in silence.
My Stable Life is part of a modern movement that replaces silence with storytelling, and fear with courage and hope, as we advocate for better support and more effective systems of care. “Nothing about us, without us.”
Through public speaking, workshops, and mentoring, I work with communities, professionals and organizations looking to open up honest conversations, remove stigma and reimagine what a stable life looks like.
I am “The Mental Health Expert” you are looking for. Keep scrolling. This is what my stable life looks like.
“Drop the mic, right there…”
“Yours was the best story tonight…”
“I hear a TED Talk…”
“Have you thought about doing a podcast?…”
Yes! The Best is Yet to Come.
Stay tuned.
Thoughtful and thought-provoking.
I found her to be ebulliently articulate…
Sepee is full of joy.
